…econcile backlog Full 34-category two-pass re-score at framework v1.160.0 (HEAD d12cc4d, clean tree): no score moves; six first-pass lifts adversarially refuted and held at prior (#8/#11/#13/#26/#34 I8->9, #30 M3->4). Indices unchanged: Maturity 97.5% (316/324), Implementation 84.8% (687/810). Scorecard rows get evidence-anchor corrections only. Backlog: tick #11's CI vuln gate + SECURITY.md sub-items and correct its stale heading, tick the transitional-overload deletion and the #9 consumer-subclassing follow-up, add a #34 CHANGELOG-backfill item (v1.159.0/v1.160.0 unversioned), drop #13 from the protect-list I8 enumeration, advance header facts (v1.160.0, ADRs 001-096).
